This monthly event is organized by the Loma Prieta Chapter of the Sierra Club and led by a friend of mine, Sigal Wilnai in Wunderlich Park in Woodside. It includes a walking and a sitting meditation among the redwood trees or in a meadow. The event is free and open to all and takes place every third Monday of the month.
